Air Contemporary was founded by Maria Morrow who has over twenty years experience in the commercial art world, including thirteen years at London's Portland Gallery where she served as Director, gallery manager and headed up the contemporary side of the business. Having worked with many well-known British artists, she has been responsible for curating and overseeing numerous successful exhibitions and developing artists careers. In 2020 she decided to set up Air Contemporary as a platform for emerging and established artists and to collaborate with her artists to publish exclusive fine art limited editions.
Whether you are a seasoned collector or new to buying, our aim is to provide a varied mix of artists and disciplines to suit all. We offer a friendly approach to buying and no matter what your budget we are very happy to assist.
VIEWING WORKS
If you would like to see pieces first hand, then we can deliver works on approval around London and the South East and video viewings for those further afield.
SELLING YOUR WORK
We are happy to assist in the sale of clients works. Either by purchasing directly from you or selling on your behalf. We also provide current market valuations free of charge.
CONSULTANCY
Looking to fill a gap on the wall or sourcing for a larger project? As well as our own pieces, our extensive links to artists and other galleries can help you find what you are looking for.
FRAMING
We works closely with various framers and are happy to advise and coordinate framing for you.
SHIPPING
We will quote accordingly for UK and overseas shipping. Works are insured by us whilst in transit.
